 We machine precision metal components of most materials.

 Common operations include machining, EDM metal removal, broaching, de-burring, metal finishing and polishing, vibratory media tumbling, precision welding, spot welding, plating, etc. Generally the machining is done on precision CNC machining equipment.  Normally the components are completed using a CAD/CAM system for design and data interface. Components are monitored during the production run and then verified using precision Quality Control methods and measuring devices. We also fabricate low cost precision mold tooling commercially and for our own use.
