 Polyurethane is one of the toughest, most abrasion resistant, engineered elastomers available today.
Silicone rubber is available in hardness ranges from gels all the way up to 80 Shore A durometer, (refer to durometer chart), in translucent and opaque colored versions.
Both Silicone Rubber and Polyurethane (rubber and plastic state materials) can be molded to all types of metal in this way. We use slightly different methods to mold rubber to plastic. |
